The training and Community Service Center was established in Riyadh Teachers College in 1416 H.

A draft of the executive regulations of the Center was issued in 1417 H. Then, the final regulations were issued and approved by Decree No. 16 in 1420 H. In accordance with this Decree, the name of the center was changed from “Community Service and Continuous Training Center” into “Training and Community Service Center”, comprising a “Training Unit” and a “Community Service Unit”.
